Worked with Gaby in creating our Signature Cocktail recipes for our wedding reception. She asked thoughtful questions to gauge the flavors we enjoy and gave several options for us to choose from. Since our wedding caterer would be taking care of making the batch cocktails, Gaby offered alternatives in case our caterer didn’t have certain ingredients on hand. She was quick to respond to any questions I had, especially in the days leading up to our wedding!
Gaby also created the cocktail menu for a Hawaiian-themed retirement party I threw for my parents. Considering many of our guests were not drinkers, she also created a mocktail recipe which was a crowd favorite. On top of that, she came up with unique and clever names for the menu.
